The Company is a tech platform for the Buyers and Suppliers of Goods and Services for documentation and payments. Buyer and Supplier shall have the meaning and definition as contained in the Agreement, Terms of Services and Terms of Use as available on i2c.escrowpayindia.com. The Website provides a DIY cloud based secure platform for Buyers and their Suppliers for discounting/ early payment of invoices of Suppliers by either Buyers or multiple Lenders ensuring seamless and user friendly Technology and end to end transaction management services.

I2C only acts on the basis of instructions received from the Buyer and/or Supplier. It is solely their responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice and other related information furnished by the Parties on the website. Any information furnished by the Buyer or Supplier, collectively or individually, is not the responsibility of the Company and the Company does not endorse the same. No claim as to the accuracy and correctness of the information on the site is made although every attempt is made to ensure that the content is not misleading/ offensive/ inappropriate. In case any inaccuracy is or otherwise improper content is sighted on the website, please report it to the Company.

Nothing contained on the website should be construed as a recommendation to buy any Asset, Goods or Services and the authenticity or genuinity of the Buyer or the Supplier. Company does not endorse investment in any asset, purchase of any goods or services on its website. I2C only acts as a bridge/ technology provider for ensuring a seamless and user friendly experience for all Parties. Buyers intending to buy any such asset, goods or services from Suppliers shall be doing so entirely at their own risk and responsibility. Suppliers intending to sell any such assets, goods or services and receiving money from Buyers shall be doing so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

THE CONTENT AND DOCUMENTS UPLOADED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DOCUMENTS FOR KYC VERIFICATION AND ASSETS, GOODS OR SERVICES TRANSACTION(S) ARE PROVIDED AND MADE AVAILABLE ON "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT VERIFY THE DOCUMENTS IN ORIGNAL OR IN PERSON.

ANY DOCUMENTS PROVIDED/ UPLOADED BY THE BUYER OR SUPPLIER ARE MERELY SCANNED COPIES OF THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DOCUMENTS FOR PROOF OF ADDRESS, PROOF OF IDENTITY, CANCELLED CHEQUE, AGREEMENT, RELEASE LETTER, ETC. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OF ANY DUPLICITY OR FORGERY OF SUCH DOCUMENTS.

THE COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF ASSETS, GOODS OR SERVICES FOR ANY PURPOSES WHATSOEVER, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, COMPLETENESS OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, UPDATE OR CORRECTNESS OF THE INFORMATION, FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES, OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS REGARDING SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND CONTENTS OF UPLOADED ON i2c.escrowpayindia.com.

Company shall be free to refuse any documents uploaded by the Buyer or Supplier if it has reasons to believe that a document may be unauthorized or may violate any law, rule or regulation, or if it has reasonable cause not to honor it. The Company hereby disclaims all claims that may arise due to or in connection with the due diligence of the Assets, Goods or Services or the Buyers, Suppliers or any intermediaries, for payments through the website.

The services rendered by the Company on its Website are in association with various third parties like Lenders, Account Banks, Trustee Companies, Payment Gateways, Insurance companies, etc., which are independent service providers. Neither the Company nor the said third party makes any representation or assurances towards the quality, timeliness or efficiency of their independent services rendered by them on or through the Website; and disclaim any service delays, omissions, non-performance, defaults caused in the facilitation services. The Company and/or the said third party make no warranty with regard to any services obtained by parties through the use of the Website or the facilitation services. Further, the Company and/or the said third party make no warranty that the underlying services will meet your requirements, or will be uninterrupted, timely, or error free.

Company or the said third parties offer no guarantee or warranty on the quality or quantity of any assets, goods or services of the Suppliers. Company does not warrant that the access to website will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in website will be corrected. Any payments made to Company are solely for the purposes of the Account provided by the Company. Platform Fee is payable to the Company agnostic of the outcome of the transaction i.e. if the transaction is successful or unsuccessful for any reason whatsoever, the Company shall be entitled to charge platform fee for the transaction.

Company is controlled and operated from India and Company makes no representations that the materials are appropriate or will be available for use in other parts of the world as well. Any user accessing the Website from a place outside India is entirely responsible on its own for compliance with all applicable local laws as well as international conventions and treaties.
